Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing "Wrong Way: Don't be mad" (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Virtual Items (Coins, Skins, Achievements)

Coins, skins, banners, achievements, and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. Wrong Way Studios reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items at any time. Virtual items are not transferable between accounts.

EU right of withdrawal: for purchases, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing virtual items you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal thereby expires (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Google Play / App Store refund rules remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to gain an advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Use offensive, hateful, or illegal content in your username or chat.
• Attempt to access or manipulate other users' accounts or game data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
• Use automated bots or scripts to play the Game.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Report & block: offensive content or players can be reported or blocked directly in the app. Complaints also via e-mail: wrongwayapp.official@gmail.com

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, music, code, and game mechanics — is the property of Wrong Way Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We are not liable for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or data caused by technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrong Way Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Wrong Way Studios operates.
